Wilnis er en by i kommunen De Ronde Venen i den hollandske provins Utrecht, beliggende mellem Utrecht og Amsterdam. Den tidligere kommune Wilnis opstod ved en sammenlægning af de daværende kommuner Oudhuizen og Wilnis den 13. juni 1857 og blev i 1989 en del af kommunen De Ronde Venen. Wilnis har mere end 6.985 indbyggere.
