Aagtdorp er en landsby i kommunen Bergen i den hollandske provins Nord-Holland. Landsbyen har 600 indbyggere.
Aagtdorp ligger ved de Schoorlse klitter mellem landsbyerne Bergen og Schoorl. Landsbyen hørte indtil 2001 til kommunen Schoorl, da den fusionerede med kommunen Bergen og Egmond til kommunen Bergen. Aagtdorp er et populært sted blandt turister, da landsbyen har mange campingpladser og bungalowparker.
