De Zweth i det hollandske højvandsråd Delfland er en afvanding- og sejlrute, der danner grænsen mellem landsbyerne De Lier – 't Woudt – Den Hoorn og Honselersdijk – Kwintsheul – Wateringen. Sydvest for Holland blev området i middelalderen opdyrket fra syd langs bredden af Maas og fra strandvoldene langs kysten mod vest. Kanaler som Delf og De Zweth blev gravet for at kunne lede vandet væk og holde vandstanden under kontrol. De Zweth var grænsen mellem opdyrkningen fra Maas og den fra strandvoldene.
