Middelburg ) er en by i den hollandske provins Zeeland, hovedbyen i den særskilt kommune og hovedstad i provinsen. Byen ligger på den tidligere ø Walcheren. Byen Middelburg havde 1. januar 2021 42.190 indbyggere. Kommunen har 49.214 og 1016 indbyggere pr. km². Middelburg er startpunktet for N57 og ligger ved A58 og jernbanelinjen Roosendaal - Vlissingen. Byen skærer gennem Kanalen gennem Walcheren.
