Oost-Souburg er en landsby i kommunen Vlissingen, i den hollandske provins Zeeland. Landsbyen adskilles fra West-Souburg af Kanalen gennem Walcheren. Den oprindelige West-Souburg-mølle De Pere kom ved udgravningen af denne kanal til at ligge på Oost-Souburgs område. Landsbyens karakter af Oost-Souburg er bevaret, selvom stedet med 10.145 indbyggere i størrelse er den syvende i Zeeland. I Oost-Souburg ligger den regionale tv- og radiostation Omroep Zeeland. I nærheden af Oost-Souburg ligger lillebyen Groot-Abeele.
