Oostkapelle er en landsby i den hollandske provins Zeeland, i kommunen Veere, nær Domburg. Den 1. januar 2021 havde den 2.325 indbyggere og er dermed en af de større kerner i kommunen. Landsbyen består af en lille kerne med bebyggelse, hvorimellem der ligger mange gamle gårde. Lige uden for byens grænse ligger en park med fritstående huse, primært beboet af tilflyttere.
