Bunkermuseum Schlei er et museum på øen Schiermonnikoog i den hollandske provins Friesland. Museet på den nordlige side af landsbyen har information og genstande om krigshistorien.
Åbningen af Wassermannbunkeren i 2004 var grunden til opstarten af et museum. Den venstre del af Seeburgbunkeren kunne efter drøftelser med Foreningen Naturmonumenter anvendes. Stiftelsen Bunkermuseum Schlei blev grundlagt. Denne stiftelse har som mål at samle, bevare og udstille genstande og viden om Anden Verdenskrig. Den 11. juni 2009 blev bunkermuseet indviet. For interesserede tilbydes der rundvisninger og foredrag. Bunkeren af typen Seeburg var et kommunikationscenter.
