Waadhoeke er en kommune i den hollandske provins Friesland. Kommunen ligger i den nordvestlige del af provinsen ved Vadehavet. Hovedbyen i kommunen er Franeker. Kommunen blev dannet den 1. januar 2018 ud af de tidligere kommuner Franekeradeel, het Bildt, Menaldumadeel og fire landsbyer fra den tidligere kommune Littenseradeel.
