Broen i Breukelen er en historisk attraktion over Vecht. Historisk kaldte amerikanere, der besøgte Breukelen, broen 'the Dutch Brooklyn bridge'. Klapbroen ligner selvfølgelig slet ikke den næsten to kilometer lange Brooklyn Bridge over East River i Brooklyn, New York, så ligheden i det engelske udtalte navn er ikke mere end en sjovhed. Allerede fra det 16. århundrede lå der en bro over Vecht, sandsynligvis en træklapbro. Den nuværende bro bliver halvvejs i 2022 erstattet af en ny, udført i historisk stil. Broen er 'hængepunktet' i de to sløjfer af cykelturen Breukelen-Brooklyn 375.
