Waterland ) er en kommune i den hollandske provins Noord-Holland. Kommunen ligger i regionen Waterland, som kommunen er opkaldt efter. Kommunen har 17.308 indbyggere og et areal på 115,6 kvadratkilometer. Kommunen blev dannet i 1991 efter sammenlægning af kommunerne Broek i Waterland, Ilpendam, Katwoude, Marken, Monnickendam og den del af Landsmeer øst for Noordhollands Kanal med landsbyen Watergang. Kommunen Waterland var en del af Plusregionen Stadsregion Amsterdam og er pr. 2022 en del af Metropolregionen Amsterdam.
