Djupfjordbroen er en bro, der krydser Djupfjorden i Moskenes Kommune i Nordland fylke, Norge. Broen er 259 meter lang. Den blev indviet den 3. juni 2003 og erstattede en ældre bro på samme sted. Bygningen af broen tog 2 år, hvilket var længere end planlagt, på grund af problemer med den stærke strøm i fjorden, bølger og vind. Broen, tilkørselsveje og nedrivning af den gamle bro kostede cirka 57 millioner kr.
