Kåfjorden eller Njoammelgohppi er en fjord i Alta Kommune i Troms og Finnmark fylke, Norge. Den 8 kilometer lange fjord grener af fra hovedfjorden Altafjorden. Landsbyen Kåfjord og Kåfjord Kirke ligger begge langs den nordlige kyst af fjorden. Den europæiske rute E06 motorvej følger den nordlige kystlinje af fjorden. En bro over Kåfjorden blev bygget i 2013 for at forkorte E6 motorvejsruten omkring fjorden.
Fjorden var anlægssted for det tyske slagskib Tirpitz i store dele af Anden Verdenskrig, som blev angrebet af britiske miniubåde under Operation Source i 1943 og af fly under Operation Tungsten, Operation Mascot, Operation Goodwood og Operation Paravane i 1944.
