Drammenselva er en af de største floder i Norge med et afvandingsområde på cirka 17.000 kvadratkilometer og en vandføring på 300 kubikmeter pr. sekund. Drammen Flods samlede længde er 308 kilometer, hvilket gør den til den femte længste flod i Norge.
Dens 48 km lange forløb strækker sig fra Tyrifjorden i nord til Drammensfjord i syd, hvor den skærer gennem centrum af byen Drammen. Drammen Flod samler tilførsler fra flere bække og floder. De største inkluderer Simoa Flod. Hele afvandingssystemet, som inkluderer Drammenselva som den laveste del, er kendt som Drammensvassdraget og ligger i provinserne Oppland og Buskerud.
