Ankerbrua er en bro over Akerselva i Oslo. Den ligger i bydelen Grünerløkka og er en forlængelse af Torggata fra centrum. På den anden side af floden møder man Søndre gate og Markvei.
Den første Ankerbrua blev anlagt i 1874 som en træbro. I 1926 blev den erstattet af en stenbro. I 1937 fik broen fire bronzeskulpturer af Dyre Vaa, én i hvert hjørne. Disse har eventyrmotiver, hvilket får broen til at blive kaldt eventyrbroen i folkemunde.
