Kvernes er en landsby i Averøy Kommune i Møre og Romsdal fylke, Norge. Den ligger på østkysten af øen Averøya, langs Kvernesfjorden. Fylkesvej 247 løber gennem landsbyen. Der er to kirker i Kvernes: Kvernes Stavekirke og Kvernes Kirke. Stavekirken er nu et museum.
Landsbyen Kvernes var det administrative center for Kvernes Kommune fra 1838 indtil 1964, da kommunen blev opløst.
