Labe Søen er en 254 km lang venstre biflod til Oder, der løber fra Isergebirge gennem østlige Ober- og Niederlausitz mod nord. Den er den længste af Neiße-floderne og udgør som resultat af Anden Verdenskrig en del af den tysk-polske grænse. På grund af sin tilknytning til Tyskland kaldes den derfor ofte kun Neiße. Floden er udpeget som statsligt vandvej på 14,2 kilometer.
