Motława er en flod i den polske voivodskab Pommern. Mottlau udspringer som "Höhische Mottlau" fra den store Rokittker Sø syd for Liebschau ved kanten af Pommerns landrygge. Flodens længde er 64,7 km, og arealet af afstrømningsområdet er 1511,3 km². Mottlau flyder gennem området i kommunen Starogard Gdański, byen Tczew, kommunerne Suchy Dąb og Pruszcz Gdański, og krydser byen Gdańsk, hvor den danner Wyspa Spichrzów.
