Lagos er en by og kommune i den portugisiske region Faro. Kommunen har et samlet areal på 213 km² og havde 28.890 indbyggere i 2007. Byen Lagos har cirka 19.000 indbyggere. Størstedelen af indbyggerne i kommunen bor langs kystlinjen og arbejder i turismen. Indlandet i kommunen er meget tyndt befolket, og i dette område arbejder de fleste mennesker i landbruget og skovbruget. Lagos ligger cirka 35 kilometer øst for Kap Sint-Vincent: det mest sydvestlige punkt på det europæiske fastland.
