Porto-katedralen er en romersk-katolsk kirke beliggende i den historiske centrum af byen Porto, Portugal. Det er et af de ældste monumenter i byen og en af de vigtigste lokale romanske monumenter.
I modsætning til hvad der ofte skrives, blev den nuværende katedral i Porto ikke bygget under beskyttelse af biskop Hugo, da den præ-romanske kirke stadig nævnes i De Expugnatione Lyxbonensi som stadig værende til stede i 1147. Dette betyder, at den nuværende bygning først blev påbegyndt i anden halvdel af århundredet, og at den indtil det 16. århundrede konstant ville forblive under konstruktion, men der er beviser for, at byen siden suevernes herredømme i det 5.-6. århundrede har været en bispesæde.
