Katedralen i Faro er en romersk-katolsk katedral i Faro, Portugal. Katedralen blev indviet i slutningen af det 13. århundrede i navn af den hellige jomfru Maria af ærkebiskoppen af Braga. Siden 1540 har den været sæde for bispedømmet Faro, som erstatning for katedralen i Silves efter bemyndigelse fra kong Johan III af Portugal. I 1596 blev kirken ødelagt af greven af Essex. Katedralen er et nationalt monument i Portugal.
