De Kathedraal van Faro is een rooms-katholieke kathedraal in Faro, Portugal. De kathedraal werd in de late 13e eeuw in naam van de Heilige Maagd Maria ingewijd door de aartsbisschop van Braga. Sinds 1540 is het de zetel van het bisdom Faro, ter vervanging van de kathedraal van Silves op bevel van koning Johan III van Portugal. In 1596 werd de kerk verwoest door de graaf van Essex. De kathedraal is een nationaal monument van Portugal.
