Dyrklinikken i Messines, VetMessines, blev grundlagt i 2012 af dyrlæge Carla Guerreiro. Beliggende i Barrocal-regionen i Algarve, mellem bjergene og havet, i et område hvor værdien af kæledyr stiger. Det ligger ved indgangen til landsbyen Sao Bartolomeu de Messines, har en praktisk parkeringsmulighed og moderne, godt udstyrede faciliteter.
Teamet består permanent af en dyrlæge og to dyrehjælpere, og om nødvendigt assisteret af en ekstern dyrlæge med en særlig specialisering. Teamets primære omsorg er for kundernes sundhed og velvære, især rettet mod god service til offentligheden, høj involvering og professionalisme.
