Slottet i Guimarães ligger i den historiske del af byen Guimarães i den nordlige del af Portugal, som er på UNESCOs verdensarvsliste. Det blev bygget i det 10. århundrede e.Kr., i hvad der dengang var en af de vigtigste byer i grevskabet Portucale, forløberen for Portugal. I 2007 blev det udnævnt til et af de syv vidunderne i Portugal.
