Tyske Kirke er en kirke i den gamle by, Gamla Stan, i Stockholm. Kirken ligger i et kvarter, der allerede i middelalderen var boligområde for byens tyske befolkning. I Hansetiden var det en gildesal for tyske købmænd, men i det 16. århundrede blev det ombygget til kirke. Den blev indviet i 1672.
I 1878 ødelagde en brand tårnet, som senere blev genopbygget af den tyske Raschdorff. I dag er det med 96 meter det højeste tårn i Gamla Stan.
