Riddarholmskyrkan er en kirke på øen Riddarholmen i Stockholm. Det er en af de ældste bygninger i byen. Kirken har sin oprindelse i et franciskansk kloster grundlagt i det 13. århundrede af Magnus I af Sverige. Efter reformationen lod kong Gustav Vasa klosteret nedrive. Bygningen blev dog skånet og kom senere til at fungere som den faste gravkirke for den svenske kongefamilie. Kirken bruges dog ikke længere til gudstjenester, undtagen ved begravelser.
