Observatoriet i Stockholm er et observatorium i Stockholm, Sverige. Det blev grundlagt i det 18. århundrede og er nu en del af Fakultetet for Astronomi ved Universitetet i Stockholm.
Observatoriet blev oprettet af det Kongelige Svenske Videnskabsakademi ved initiativ fra deres sekretær Per Elvius den Yngre. Det blev bygget efter planer af arkitekten Carl Hårleman mellem 1748 og 1756. Den første direktør var Pehr Wilhelm Wargentin, efterfulgt blandt andet af Hugo Gyldén, Bertil Lindblad og Aina Elvius.
