Østkystmotorvejen er en motorvej, der løber langs den sydøstlige kyst af Singapore. Motorvejen er cirka 20 kilometer lang og forbinder Singapore Changi Lufthavn i øst med Benjamin Sheares Broen i syd på hovedøen. Den forbinder også til Marina Coastal Expressway og har en tilslutning til Pan Island Expressway ved Changi-overgangen, omkring 1 kilometer fra den østlige ende af motorvejen. Fra juli 2022 er det den tredje-længste motorvej i Singapore.
