Monument nr. 3 består af to bygninger; et oktagonalt chedi og en rektangulær bygning. Begge kollapsede for længe siden. Det oktagonale chedi blev bygget i mursten uden mørtel. Det er i dårlig stand. Det står 70 centimeter højt, og dets diameter er 6,70 meter lang. Den rektangulære bygning ligger nord for det oktagonale chedi. Den måler 6,7 meter i bredden og 10,9 meter i længden. En ufærdig dobbelt plade af Sema-sten, der blev opdaget omkring bunden, viser, at bygningen var en ordinationshal. Normalt ville Sema-sten have været placeret i 8 retninger for at begrænse hellig grund. Men disse er kun placeret mod syd, sydvest, vest og nordvest. (Tekst på tavle i situ & FAD-brosjyre)
