Dakota, også kendt som Dakota-lejlighederne, er en andelslejlighedsbygning på det nordvestlige hjørne af 72nd Street og Central Park West i Upper West Side i Manhattan i New York City, USA. Dakota blev konstrueret mellem 1880 og 1884 og blev designet af Henry Janeway Hardenbergh.
Dakota har historisk set været hjemsted for mange kunstnere, skuespillere og musikere, herunder John Lennon, som blev myrdet i bygningens buegang i 1980. New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission udpegede bygningen som et bylandemærke i 1969, og den blev tilføjet til den nationale fortegnelse over historiske steder i 1972.
