Yellowstone Caldera er en vulkansk caldera og supervulkan i Yellowstone National Park i den vestlige del af USA, nogle gange omtalt som Yellowstone Supervulkanen. Calderaen og størstedelen af parken ligger i det nordvestlige hjørne af Wyoming. De vigtigste træk ved calderaen måler cirka 34 x 45 miles.
Calderaen blev dannet under den sidste af tre superudbrud i løbet af de sidste 2,1 millioner år: Huckleberry Ridge-udbruddet for 2,1 millioner år siden; Mesa Falls-udbruddet for 1,3 millioner år siden; og Lava Creek-udbruddet for cirka 630.000 år siden.
