Paumanok Stien er en 125-miles vandresti i New York på Long Island, der går fra Rocky Point til Montauk Point State Park.
Den rejser gennem fire byer i Suffolk County: Brookhaven, Riverhead, Southampton og East Hampton.
Stien blev inspireret af Stephen Talkhouse, en 1800-tals Montaukett-indianer, der var berømt for sine 25-30 miles rundrejser fra Montauk til East Hampton, New York og Sag Harbor, New York. Landemærkerne langs stien siges at være hvilepladser for ham. Talkhouse er begravet off stien i Theodore Roosevelt County Park nær Montauk.
