Syracuse () er en by i og amtsædet for Onondaga County, New York, USA. Det er den femte mest befolkede by i staten New York efter New York City, Buffalo, Rochester og Yonkers.
Ved folketællingen i 2010 var byens befolkning 145.252, og dens storbyområde havde en befolkning på 662.577. Det er det økonomiske og uddannelsesmæssige centrum i Central New York, en region med over en million indbyggere. Syracuse er også godt udstyret med konferencebyer, herunder et konferencekompleks i centrum.
