Der Port d’Envalira ist der höchste Straßen-Gebirgspass der Pyrenäen. Die Passhöhe befindet sich auf einer Höhe von 2407 Metern in Andorra. Der Pass hat keine Wintersperre und ist somit die höchstgelegene ganzjährig befahrbare Straße Europas.
Zur Passhöhe hinauf gelangt man auf drei verschiedenen Wegen. Von Norden führt aus dem französischen Ax-les-Thermes die Nationalstraße 20 in Richtung Pass. Unterhalb der Passhöhe biegt diese allerdings nach Osten zum Col de Puymorens ab, so dass man die Passhöhe über die weiterführende N22 erreicht. Von Ax-les-Thermes hat die Strecke eine Länge von 35 Kilometern mit einer durchschnittlichen Steigung von etwas weniger als fünf Prozent.
