Die Medizinische Universität Graz ist eine Medizinische Universität in Österreich, die seit dem 1. Jänner 2004 besteht und seit 1863 als medizinische Fakultät Teil der Karl-Franzens-Universität Graz gewesen ist.
Seit Inkrafttreten des Universitätsgesetzes 2002 am 1. Jänner 2004 ist die Med Uni Graz eine eigenständige Universität, die aus der ehemaligen Medizinischen Fakultät der Karl-Franzens-Universität Graz hervorgegangen ist. Die medizinische Ausbildung war seit 1782 im Rahmen eines medizinisch-chirurgischen Studiums erfolgt, die Gründung der Medizinischen Fakultät erfolgte im Jahr 1863 durch Kaiser Franz Joseph I.
