Die Klachau, auch Klachauer Höhe, ist eine Passlandschaft in der Obersteiermark, die das Ennstal bei Irdning mit dem Hinterberger Tal im steirischen Salzkammergut verbindet. Sie verbindet mit der niedrigen Passhöhe von 833 m ü. A.den Grimming und das Dachsteingebirge mit dem Toten Gebirge.Die Talwasserscheide Krunglbach /Grimming ist am Westende des Bahnhof Tauplitz bei Schrödis .Ennstalseitig an der Passhöhe findet sich die zur Gemeinde Tauplitz gehörende Ortschaft Klachau.
