Die Erste Wiener Türkenbelagerung oder Erste Wiener Osmanenbelagerung war ein Höhepunkt der Türkenkriege zwischen dem Osmanischen Reich und den christlichen Staaten Europas. Sie fand im Rahmen des ersten österreichischen Türkenkrieges statt. Vom 27. September bis zum 14. Oktober 1529 schlossen osmanische Truppen unter dem Kommando von Sultan Süleyman I. dem Prächtigen Wien ein, das damals Hauptstadt der Habsburgischen Erblande und eine der größten Städte Mitteleuropas war. Unterstützt von anderen Truppen des Heiligen Römischen Reichs konnten sich die Verteidiger behaupten.
