Das Musée Félicien Rops ist ein Provinzmuseum, das dem künstlerischen Werk von Félicien Rops gewidmet ist. Es befindet sich in seiner Geburtsstadt Namur in der Rue Fumal Nr. 12.
Noch vor dem Zweiten Weltkrieg schlugen Gouverneur François Bovesse und Jean Grafé, der Generalsekretär des Vereins Les Amis de l'Art Wallon, die Idee vor, ein Museum zu gründen, das dem grafischen Werk des wallonischen Künstlers Félicien Rops gewidmet ist. 1960 gründete Maurice Kunel den Verein Les Amis de Félicien Rops, um dieses Projekt zu verwirklichen. Am 28. November 1960 beschloss die Provinz Namur die Gründung des ersten Museums, das in dem aus dem 18. Jahrhundert stammenden Gebäude hôtel de Gaifier d'Hestroy an der rue de Fer untergebracht ist.
