Crainhem ist eine Station der U-Bahn-Linie 1 von Brüssel, die in Brüssel, in der Gemeinde Woluwe-Saint-Lambert, liegt. Diese Station wurde 1988 eingeweiht, als die alte Linie 1B von Alma nach Stockel verlängert wurde. Ihr Name wurde vom belgischen Minister für Verkehr, Herman De Croo, festgelegt, obwohl sie sich nur ein wenig mehr als hundert Meter außerhalb der Gemeinde befindet, nach der sie benannt ist. Allerdings wurde am Ausgang der Station, auf der anderen Seite des Gleises, das Schild aufgestellt, das die Grenze zwischen der Region Brüssel-Hauptstadt und der Provinz Flämisch-Brabant markiert.
