Die Ostkantone, manchmal auch Ostbelgien oder Eupen-Malmedy, sind die Kantone Eupen (einschließlich Kelmis = neutrales Moresnet), Malmedy und Sankt Vith, die im Osten der belgischen Provinz Lüttich liegen und an Deutschland grenzen Sie wurden im Ersten Weltkrieg nach dem Versailler Vertrag vom belgischen Staat übernommen.
