Die Kapelle von Helshoven oder Kapelle Unserer Lieben Frau des Frohen Friedens ist ein jahrhundertealter Gebetsort in Helshoven, einem Weiler der Borglooner Gemeinde Hoepertingen in Belgien.
Die Kapelle liegt an der Heerstraße Tongeren-Bonen. Ursprünglich befand sich hier ein im Jahr 1254 gegründetes Oratorium oder Gebetshaus, das von den Johannitern erbaut wurde, die später als Ritter des Malteserordens bekannt wurden.
