Typische Hopfenfiguren wie "Die Nase" oder "Der Absacker" begleiten Sie durch die Ursprungsgeschichte und die 4 Jahreszeiten des Hopfens, die Ernte und die verschiedenen Anwendungen und diese sind mehr als nur im Brauprozess. Hopfengeräte, historische Dokumente, Photographie, Modelle und audiovisuelle Vorstellungen illustrieren die Geschichte des Gebäudes, der Hopfenkultur und des Menschens im Hopfenbereich, früher und heute.
