Das Schloss von Spiere ist ein Schloss im Dorf Spiere in der Gemeinde Spiere-Helkijn, gelegen in der Jaquetbosstraat 50-52. Das heutige Schloss wurde Mitte des 18. Jahrhunderts erbaut und war der Sitz der Baronie von Spiere. Auf dem Anwesen befand sich der Sitz der Herren von Spiere in Form einer Motte, deren Geschichte bis ins 12. Jahrhundert zurückreichen soll. Diese wurde später zu einer befestigten Burg ausgebaut, aber 1477 wurde sie von den Franzosen während ihres Krieges gegen Maria von Burgund zerstört. Reste der Motte, genannt la Cave aux Diables, sind noch vorhanden, insbesondere der Keller aus Doorniker Kalkstein.
