Het Kasteel van Spiere is een kasteel in in het dorp Spiere in de gemeente Spiere-Helkijn, gelegen op het adres Jaquetbosstraat 50-52. Het huidige kasteel werd in het midden van de 18e eeuw opgericht en was de zetel van de baronie van Spiere.Op het domein lag de zetel van de heren van Spiere, in de vorm van een motte waarvan de geschiedenis tot de 12e eeuw zou teruggaan. Deze werd later tot een versterkte burcht uitgebouwd, maar in 1477 werd deze verwoest door de Fransen, in hun oorlog tegen Maria van Bourgondië. Resten van de motte, genaamd la Cave aux Diables, zijn nog aanwezig, met name de kelder in Doornikse kalksteen.
