Das Flämische Parlament ist die Volksvertretung der Flämischen Gemeinschaft und der Flämischen Region in Belgien. Das Parlament hat seinen Sitz in Brüssel.
Flämische Gemeinschaft und Flämische Region haben ein gemeinsames Parlament und auch eine gemeinsame Regierung, während die Organe der übrigen Gemeinschaften und Regionen Belgiens getrennt geblieben sind. Seit 1995 werden die Abgeordneten direkt gewählt, zuvor waren sie die flämischen Abgeordneten aus dem belgischen Bundesparlament.
