Macquenoise ist ein Dorf in der belgischen Provinz Hennegau und ein Teilgemeinde der Wallonischen Gemeinde Momignies, von der es 1867 als eigenständige Gemeinde abgetrennt wurde. Macquenoise blieb unabhängig, bis es bei der Gemeindereform von 1977 wieder der Gemeinde Momignies hinzugefügt wurde. Es ist das einzige Dorf in Belgien, das vollständig zum Einzugsgebiet der Oise gehört, deren Quelle in der benachbarten Gemeinde Bourlers liegt.
