Macquenoise è un villaggio nella provincia belga di Hainaut ed è una frazione del comune vallone di Momignies, dal quale si è staccato nel 1867 per diventare un comune autonomo. Macquenoise è rimasto autonomo fino a quando non è stato nuovamente aggiunto al comune di Momignies nella ristrutturazione comunale del 1977. È l'unico villaggio in Belgio che appartiene interamente al bacino dell'Oise, la cui sorgente si trova nel comune vicino di Bourlers.
