Macquenoise er en landsby i den belgiske provins Hainaut, og en delkommune af den walisiske kommune Momignies, som den blev adskilt fra i 1867 for at blive en selvstændig kommune. Macquenoise forblev selvstændig, indtil det blev genindsat i kommunen Momignies ved kommuneomlægningen i 1977. Det er den eneste landsby i Belgien, der fuldt ud tilhører Oise-bassinet, hvis kilde ligger i den nærliggende kommune Bourlers.
