Die Blaarmolen ist eine Wassermühle an der Jeker in der belgischen Gemeinde Tongeren. Es handelt sich um eine Unterschlagmühle. Sie diente als Kornmühle, wurde aber in den letzten Jahrzehnten ihres Bestehens zur Vermahlung von Tierfutterzutaten eingesetzt. Unter dem Ancien Régime war sie eine Zwangsmühle.
Die Mühle ist nach dem Weiler Blaar benannt, der sich östlich von Tongeren befindet. Es war ein Dorf, das Teil der Stadtfreiheit Tongeren war, aber um 1800 zur Stadt Tongeren hinzugefügt wurde. Der älteste Nachweis stammt aus dem Jahr 1235, als molendinum de Blale. In den darauffolgenden Jahrhunderten wurde die Mühle wiederholt erwähnt.
