Le Blaarmolen est un moulin à eau situé sur la rivière Jeker dans la commune belge de Tongres. Il s’agit d’un moulin en sous-bois. Il fonctionnait comme un moulin à farine, mais dans les dernières décennies de son existence, il a été utilisé pour broyer les ingrédients de l’alimentation animale. Sous l’Ancien Régime, c’était un moulin coercitif.
Le moulin porte le nom du hameau de Blaar, situé à l’est de Tongres. C’était un village qui faisait partie du Stadsvrijheid Tongres, mais qui a été annexé à la ville de Tongres vers 1800. La plus ancienne mention remonte à 1235, sous le nom de molendinum de Blale. Au cours des siècles suivants, le moulin a été mentionné à plusieurs reprises.
