The Blaarmolen is a water mill on the Jeker in the Belgian municipality of Tongeren. It is a undershot mill. It functioned as a corn mill, but in the last decades of its existence, it was used for grinding animal feed ingredients. Under the Ancien Régime, it was a forced mill.
The mill is named after the hamlet of Blaar, which is located to the east of Tongeren. It was a village that was part of the City Liberty of Tongeren but was incorporated into the city of Tongeren around 1800. The oldest mention dates back to 1235, as molendinum de Blale. In the following centuries, the mill was repeatedly mentioned.
